Documents to Submit
For Traders:
1. Passport picture in jpeg or jpg format.
2. First School Leaving Certificate. Higher academic certificates, diplomas, and degrees (BECE, JSCE, WASSC, NECO, GCE, OND, HND, University degrees, etc.) may be submitted.
3. Typed document (in at least 100 words) describing nature of business, years of experience, evidence of activities in business, and future plans.
4. Recommendation letter from the Chairman of your Village (Ward).
Note: All documents must be submitted in pdf format.
For Skilled services (Electricians, Masons, Carpenters, Plumbers, Farmers, Bakers, Seamstresses, etc.):
1. Passport picture in jpeg or jpg format.
2. First School Leaving Certificate. Higher academic certificates, diplomas, and degrees (BECE, JSCE, WASSC, NECO, GCE, OND, HND, University degrees, etc.) may be submitted.
3. Typed document (in at least 100 words) describing skill level, years of training, certificates of training, and years of experience in the craft.
4. Recommendation letter from the Chairman of your Village (Ward).
